Founder

Parvin is a dynamic coach and human resources professional with over 13 years of experience in leadership development, career transitions, and talent growth. She brings expertise in Human Resources Management, General Psychology, and Coaching to support diverse communities across educational and professional sectors.

At Edu Leadership Dynamics, Parvin works with high school students, parents, and educators to foster leadership, resilience, and effective communication. She designs and delivers workshops and coaching programs that guide students through academic and personal transitions, helping them set meaningful goals, build self-confidence, and develop essential life skills. Parvin partners with parents and teachers to create supportive environments that encourage student growth and well-being. Her approach emphasizes active listening, practical strategies, and cultural sensitivity.

  • Prior to founding Edu Leadership Dynamics, Parvin held leadership roles in talent acquisition and HR management, where she implemented diversity-focused programs and built industry partnerships. She holds an Executive Coaching Certificate from Royal Roads University, a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Calgary, and a Master's degree in General Psychology from Baku State University. Parvin is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Executive Coach (CEC)

  • The idea for Edu Leadership Dynamics grew from a personal journey as a parent watching my own children navigate the pressures and uncertainties of high school. With a master’s degree in the field of education and psychology, and years of experience as a leadership coach, this work brings together practical tools in communication, self-awareness, and resilience tailored specifically for teens. High school is a pivotal time when young people begin to shape their identity and future, and leadership coaching offers them a safe space to discover their strengths, clarify their values, and practice real-life decision-making skills. By supporting high school students in this way, Edu Leadership Dynamics aims to nurture a generation of thoughtful, confident leaders who positively impact their communities and wider society.
